  - Research drawings/technical documents for after-sales activities: quote components, respond to customer requests, support the sales department.
  - Carry out product processing according to drawings, handle product-related errors during the processing process; and Support training customers to process according to drawings.
  - Summarize and prepare daily and weekly work reports for managers.
  - Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly and accurately responding to customer requests and complaints about products and services.
  - Other tasks as requested by the manager.
