1. MỤC ĐÍCH- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các kỹ sư kỹ thuật/ bảo trì để xây dựng các ứng dụng phần mềm trực quan hóa dữ liệu máy móc, cải thiện hiệu suất sản xuất và hỗ trợ các sáng kiến tối ưu hóa nhà máy.- Phát triển và triển khai các ứng dụng nội bộ và giải pháp tự động hóa dựa nền tảng Winform, WPF để tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất, quản lý kho và số hóa các hoạt động kinh doanh thủ công hiện tại." 2- TRÁCH NHIỆM - Phát triển, bảo trì và nâng cấp các ứng dụng dựa trên WinForms áp dụng vào sản xuất.- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các Kỹ sư Tự động hóa để tích hợp dữ liệu thiết bị và PLC vào các ứng dụng quản lý trên máy tính.- Trực quan hóa dữ liệu máy móc theo thời gian thực và lịch sử hoạt động máy (ví dụ: thời gian hoạt động, hiệu suất, thông lượng, cảnh báo).- Ứng dụng các giao thức kết nối (ví dụ: Modbus, OPC UA, TCP/UDP, API REST) để truy xuất dữ liệu từ các hệ thống tự động hóa.- Tham gia thiết kế và phát triển phần mềm cho hệ thống băng tải, hệ thống xếp dỡ và các dự án tối ưu hóa nhà máy.- Đảm bảo độ tin cậy và hiệu suất cao của các ứng dụng hoạt động trong môi trường sản xuất 24/7.- Khắc phục sự cố phần mềm, dữ liệu và truyền thông giữa các ứng dụng và thiết bị tự động hóa.- Chuẩn bị tài liệu kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn sử dụng và hướng dẫn triển khai.- Phối hợp với các kỹ sư khác để đảm bảo công việc được triển khai suôn sẻ và cải tiến liên tục.- Báo cáo cho Giám đốc Nhà máy và Tổng Giám đốc."
