【Job Summary】
Responsible for working as a Backoffice Manager
【Job description】
- Oversee all administrative functions of the overseas subsidiary
- Ensure compliance with local government reporting and regulatory requirements
- Establish and monitor reporting systems and deadlines (ensuring timeliness and accountability)
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team, with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and team discipline
- Act as a bridge between the local team and headquarters, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence within the management department
- Represent the company in external communications with government offices and stakeholders
- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- More than 5 years of management experience for some department's leaders(Like sales, admin, HR, production departments).
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
