    Neo Career recognized a need for a quality recruitment agency in Japan. They established their first international branch in Singapore in 2011 under the name Reeracoen. As the needs of businesses and job seekers continued to evolve, Reeracoen expanded into Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and Japan.

  • How does Reeracoen appraise a candidate during the screening interview before sending their resume to our client?

    During two screening interviews via phone with an applicant, our advisor asks a set of standard questions to understand the applicant's personality and motivation and determine if their skills meet the job description's outline. Our Japanese advisors and local advisors also do a language check if the job requires Japanese and English skills.

  • Does Reeracoen do a reference check?

    Upon request from our client, after the candidate has an interview with the client, our advisors will get the candidate's reference contacts, and contact them directly or send them to the client.
