<Job Summary>One of clients is urgently recruiting because the person handling accounting and finance duties is transferring to a sales position. We are seeking someone passionate about working in consulting.<Job description (details)>① Accounting & Finance (70%)‐Handle monthly payments and coordinate with the main bank.‐Prepare and submit various financial reports (for government and internal use).‐Create and manage project-related documents (contracts, invoices, quotations, completion reports, etc.).‐Monitor project progress and communicate with sales staff and clients.‐Manage financial statements (FS), receipts, and expenses by project.‐Handle quarterly VAT/PIT declarations and monthly FCT payments.‐Manage overseas payments (royalty loans, reimbursements, etc.).‐repare and approve commission certificates for external consultants.‐Coordinate with Japan HQ and regional HQ (Thailand).② General Affairs & Labor Management (20%)‐Manage attendance, payroll, and labor issues for staff (HCM & Hanoi).‐Support audit activities with external firms.‐Handle social insurance applications, adjustments, and employee changes.‐Manage BaoViet health insurance and business travel insurance.‐Arrange annual health checkups.‐Purchase and manage office equipment, PCs, phones, SIM cards, and supplies.‐Communicate with government agencies when necessary.③ HR & Recruitment Support (10%)‐Support recruitment: job posting, agency coordination, interview scheduling, and feedback.‐Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.‐Manage HR documents and update HR systems (MBO results, salary changes, personal data).‐Calculate bonuses and prepare attachments based on quarterly MBO evaluations.‐Support foreign employees with visa/work permit/TRC applications and bank account setup.<Attractive points>- This consulting firm has a long history and many accomplishments, and candidates can engage in professional work.- They are mostly young employees, and the atmosphere is friendly yet lively.- Many jobs in the company require the use of Japanese language.- This company pays 4 bonuses each year.
