- Meet high Mid-level of government (Assistance of presidency of city/ province) for supporting to get the land / License- Support VIP customers visit – key customer to solve problem (bad debt/ long debt, license, authorizations, …), to deal with customer for debt payment .- Prepare necessary document for legal cases: claim to customers, claim to the court for bad debt collection- Represent company at official ceremonies and take part to entertainment activities- Strategic Projects: Coordinate all contract signing steps (meetings, law firms, partners) to meet requirement of customers/partners. Participate to company development and meet important partners on key projects- Coordinate internally the follow up actions on key projects- Lead licensing process and activities- Review and check legal documents and PO/PL/Invoice/ Other supporting documents to be signed by PR Officer/ Deputy General Director- Pending in disposal assets/ company liquidation/ custom requirement of export zone/ request to get back Messer equipment/ lost assets at customers.
