  - Responsible as a Market Development Director

  - Develop strategic market development plans, explore potential customers, and strengthen diversified distribution channels across the system.
  - Consolidate and analyze market data to promote market development in the wood industry.
  - Develop customer care plans to maintain and exploit potential clients, aiming to increase company revenue.
  - Directly work and negotiate with assigned customers from receiving product information, quotations, and samples to order confirmation, and monitor production progress from factory to customer.
  - Directly negotiate with customers regarding contract terms, delivery conditions, payment terms, and sample requirements according to the company's regulations.
  - In cases beyond assigned authority, report promptly to management for timely resolution.
  - Coordinate communication between customers and relevant departments to ensure timely and effective information handling.
  - Receive information via email and other communication channels regarding any issues from customers and partners.
  - Relay customer feedback to factories and report any unresolved issues to the Chairman of the Board.
  - Plan and attend industry fairs to survey markets, expand networks, and reference models/brands to help stabilize production and sales.
  - Evaluate and report on customer and market trends to the Chairman of the Board.
  - Frequently travel abroad to develop international markets for wooden furniture.
