    Responsible for working as a sales staff to find potential customers who have plans to build factories, warehouses, offices and so on.

    【Job description】
    - To collect information through Vietnamese people in industrial parks, government related, real estate brokerage, and so on to obtain information that will lead to construction orders
    - To build relationships with them and expand networks in related fields
    - Research and planning of new projects such as real estate development projects in Vietnam.
    - Preparation of materials and documents related to the above
    - Other tasks assigned by Manager

    ＜Must＞
    - One of the two requirements must be met
    1. At least 2 years of working experience as a sales at an industrial park
    2. At least 2 years of working experience as a sales at a general contractor
    - English: Intermediate level (to communicate with Japanese Manager)

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Be able to speak Japanese
