  <Detail>
  - Receive Job Descriptions (JDs) from the Recruitment Advisor team, analyze requirements, and find out suitable candidate profiles.
  - Conduct research and proactively approach potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
  ( from Company-supported sources & Self-sourced channels)
  - Screen and evaluate CVs to assess qualifications and suitability.
  - Conduct phone interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process (from initial interview to onboarding).
  - Prepare resumes in the company’s standard format, share with the RA team, and manage candidate data on the system to ensure accuracy and updates.
  - Once candidates’ CVs pass client-side screening, coordinate with the RA team to schedule interviews with clients and provide timely follow-up to candidates.
  - Maintain regular communication with candidates to support and advise them during their career journey.
  - Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the Line Manager.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
