    【Job Summary】
    - The Area Sales Manager shall be in direct contact with our customers and partners all over the world. Consultation on sales-specific matters and analysis of customer needs in the business of customized solutions are part of the daily work. The Area Sales Manager represents DMG MORI and advises our customers on the entire DMG MORI product portfolio. At the same time, he/she is the interface between customers and our production plants and communicates customer requirements in order to always sell the best possible solutions, tailored to their needs.

    【Main responsibilities】
    - Identify and acquire new customers, and generate new inquiries.
    - Establish and maintain strong customer relations; understand customer demands and needs, and develop solutions to fill these needs regarding the business demands of DMG MORI.
    - Organize and plan the sales activities for the most effective coverage of assigned territory. This includes scheduling calls and appointments; planning itineraries, and contacting customers and prospects to discuss requirements, specifications, problems, and any outstanding issues.
    - Work with Application Engineers to assess customers’ equipment needs and partner for machine demonstrations to customers.
    - Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers.
    - Independently completing the entire sales cycle from first contact, submitting quotations, processing sales orders, obtaining export licenses, and coordinating machine delivery with factories, until successful collection of full payment.
    - Develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish annual sales goals.
    - Maintain regular reporting to the Managing Director on the customer requirements and potential needs.
    - Input records of daily activities and customers into the CRM system and maintain high accuracy of the customer data by regular checking and updating.
    - Participate and support in-house seminars and external events such as exhibitions and factory tours for customers.
    - Report requirements: Territory planning and CRM reports are to be submitted weekly. Expense reports are to be submitted in a timely manner as per expense policy requirements.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, major related to Industrial Engineer/ Machine
    - More than 5 years experience in B2B sales, experience in the manager position
    - Recent experience in the machine tools industry with good sales track record preferred
    - Good verbal and written communication skills in English
    - Strong negotiation skills
    - Professional in Microsoft Office (such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
