    - Responsible for Management of the sales department, New market development, Increase sales target, Business strategy planning

    1. Planning, setting goals
    - Planning revenue, profit, and business plan, proposing to the director. Make a medium and long-term business plan each year, update and supplement it, and submit it to the director.
    - Achieve business goals:
    + Achieve the business plan goals approved by the director, with internal and external resources.
    + Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
    + Implement and promote sales promotion and brand promotion plans.
    + Manage shipment, delivery, and inventory.
    + Respond to complaints from customers, and solve problems.
    2. Professional improvement
    - Review and propose business improvement plans and implement them.
    - Managing, training, and building human resources: Motivating subordinates through daily management, directing and nurturing personnel through professional evaluation.
    - Manage plans, budgets, and reports: Confirm the progress of the monthly plan, the state of budget revenue and expenditure, and make countermeasures when necessary. Report periodically the management situation to the General Department Head.
    3. Review and management work:
    - Approval of finalization of quotations, POs, and collection of expenses (working expenses, transportation) according to company regulations.
    - Finish the contract according to the amount specified by the company.
    - Approval of credit limit according to the company's regulations.
    - Recommending professional evaluation, promotion, salary increase, and personnel rotation for subordinates.
    - Manage and approve annual leave, unpaid leave, and overtime of subordinates.
    - Manage tangible and intangible fixed assets of the department.
    4. Financial Responsibility
    - Responsible for personnel costs, and other expenses along with sales revenue and profit of the department.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Graduated from College majoring in Business Management or the related field
    - Experience in machinery, hand tools, or related industries.
    - At least 3 years of experience in business management in a similar-sized enterprise
    - Good communication in English / Japanese (N2)
    - Capable of making business plans, budgeting plans, and professional improvement plans.

    <Skills>
    - Ability to use internal and external resources (People, Things, Money, Information) to achieve goals and solve problems.
    - Knowledge of products and marketing.
    - Ability to understand the business management board.
    - Ability to coach and motivate.
    - Has the ability to manage projects at the departmental level.
    - Ability to grasp and understand social trends.
