    One of our clients, which is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of metal and cutting tools for the metalworking industry has branches in Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam, and is now looking for a Sevice Engineer.

    Products: Cutting Tools
    Region: North
    Clients: 100% Existing Distributors
    Client Visiting: 3 times/week~

    【What you will be working on】
    -Visiting the industrial park with Distributors to handle before and after-sales work
    -Advising clients on how to use cutting tools, how to solve the issue of cutting tools
    -Report to Vietnamese and Japanese manager
    -Answering the inquiry about cutting tools from clients
    -Arrangement the prices of products
    -Other technical support of Cutting tools when the products has issue such as worn out, chipped

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}
    - Graduated from College in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
    - Japanese at least N3 advanced (for communicating with customers and Japanese supervisors).
    - At least 2-3 years working experience in operation CNC machinces such as drilling, milling, turning machines, etc
    - Deep knowledge of mechanical processing machines to advise the clients

    <PREFER>
    - Can use English for work also.
    - Have experience in the mold manufacturing industry.
