    - Maintain business relationships, take care of old customers, and expand new clients (Mainly)
    - Plan and organize work schedule daily, weekly, and monthly and implement a business plan that has been approved
    - Tale notes when contacting the customers and records all customer information
    - Report content customer contact during the day for Sales Manager
    - Get customers' orders and deal with the conditions: price, product quality, delivery time... and pass them to Sales officers (Sales indoor) who are in charge of proceeding to the next steps.
    - Receiving and handling customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
    - Follow up on orders and urge customers payment problems.
    - Trading, learning customer needs.
    - Search for potential customers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Graduated from University (any major)
    - 1-2 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, gravure printing ink, lamination adhesive
    - Good communication in English
    - Ability to expand new clients
    - Good at negotiating skills, time management
    - Able to travel to work by motorbike within 50km (company will support car for further locations)

    <Prefer>
    - University graduate majoring in chemistry
