    - Lead and manage the sales and business development teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of business targets.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and business partners, identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base.
    - Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
    - Analyze market trends and develop business strategies, including expanding the company’s market presence in Vietnam.
    - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, strategies, and forecasts.
    - Develop and train the sales team, enhancing their sales capabilities and market analysis skills.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Graduated from College or University with any major (computer science or information technology is more preferable)
    - Fluent in English (from Upper-intermediate) high sense of communication
    - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the ICT industry (experience working in comprehensive networking and cybersecurity solutions) with at least 3 years in a sales management role
    - Deep understanding of the ICT industry, market trends, and customer requirements.
    - Proven experience working with end-users and business partners in sectors such as finance, telecommunications, education, healthcare, and other industries
    - Possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively across Vietnam.

    <Skills>
    - Leadership and team development skills, ensuring team members achieve their targets and grow professionally

    <Prefer>
    - Graduated from College or University with majoring in Computer science or information technology
    - Preferred candidates with an extensive network in the ICT industry and related fields.
