    As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient communication with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

    - Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.
    - Arranging appointments with clients and the sales team.
    - Following up with customers to understand their needs.
    - Providing necessary data or reports to the sales team.
    - Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
    - Performing necessary administrative work, including filing reports or presenting documents to the sales team.

    Must have

    - Proficient in Japanese (N2), both speaking and listening.
    - From 1 year as Sales IT
    - Proficiency with MS Office
    - Excellent communication skills.
    - Strong analytical and multitasking skills
    - Teamwork and motivational skills.

    Nice to have

    - Knowledge in IT fields, economics, and/or equivalent experience.
    - In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
