    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and negotiate contracts.
    - Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies for software products and IT outsourcing services in the Japanese market.
    - Actively seek new sales leads and opportunities, including presentations and proposal preparation.
    - Coordinate with delivery teams and other departments to ensure project success.
    - Act as the main point of contact for problem-solving during project execution.

  • Yêu cầu

    [Must have]

    - 3+ years of experience in sales relevant to IT, ideally with a focus on IT or outsourcing.
    - Excellent verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in Japanese (N1 or equivalent).
    - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

    [Nice to have]

    - Experience in the Japanese market is preferred.
    - Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
    - Understanding of IT outsourcing services and the Japanese outsourcing market is a plus
