    One of our clients, which provides outsourcing logistics operation services, is now looking for Japanese Sales Support Executive (Sales Assistant)

    【What you will be working on】
    ■ Supporting Sales activity for General Manager (Japanese/Sales)
    -Visiting client with Japanese General Manager
    -Arrange meeting schedules
    -Others assigned by managers
    ■ Operation work
    -Forwarding work
    -Customs clearance work
    *Customs, Sea and Air cargo handling, Domestic Delivery Arrangements, Preparation of Import and Export Documents

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    【Must】
    -At least more than 3 years experience as Sales Staff or Sales Assistant * Any industry is OK
    -English Level: Intermediate level to liaise with Japanese Manager
    -Japanese Level: N2 Level or Upper (Focus on Speaking Skill)
    *Japanese speaking will be an advantage in liaising with a Japanese speaker

    【Advantage】
    -Having working experience in the Japanese company
    -Having working experience in the Logistics company
    *Having “strong” interest and will is also OK
