  【Job Summary】
  You will be in charge of Senior/ Chief Sales Staff in the chemical department in a big Japanese trading company.
  
  【Job description】
  - Correspond, meet and make arrangements with the local business partners, clients and suppliers
  - Maintain good business relationship with existing clients to generate new revenues and meet their demands
  - Maintain relationship with suppliers to keep appropriate delivery schedule, be secure purchase, get support technical issues and opportunities to supply new materials
  - Monitor competition by gathering market information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules as well as merchandising techniques
  - Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities
  - Make necessary recommendations in improving products, services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  - Resolve clients’ complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing report and making suggestions to supervisors
  - Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  - Provide historical records by maintaining records and clients’ information
  - Ensure to comply with company’s regulations on Inventory, risk control, Credit Limit, compliance legal matters, etc.
