  - Responsible for working as a Sales Staff
  
  【Job description】
  - Introduce, advise and convince customers to use the Company's products (pressure valves, heat treatment furnaces) and services.
  - Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners.
  - Directly implement and urge contract implementation. Including delivery procedures, invoice issuance, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
  - Receive, report and handle if customers have complaints about products and services.
  - Monitor the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to collect debts. Responsible until customers have completed payment.
  - Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and trust according to the correct process.
  - Make reports related to the work situation. For example, survey customer needs, competitor activity trends, etc.
