- Responsible for sales activities

- Identify and approach customers in the industrial factory project sector, selling company products to general contractors, construction contractors, industrial plants, and buildings.
- Perform quantity takeoffs, prepare bills of quantities, and send quotations to customers.
- Meet with clients to discuss specific work details, present material samples, maintain customer relationships, and finalize contracts.
- Manage, guide, and support the sales team in assigned areas.
- Report work progress and propose business plans to the General Director.

<Must>
- Graduated from top-tier Universities (Construction, Architecture, Polytechnic, Engineering,…)
- At least 5 years of experience in the DIRECT SALES of steel pipes or related products such as fire protection equipment, water supply and drainage, construction materials, electromechanical (industrial project segment) in large corporations.
- Have a good customer base or relationship with general contractors, investors, large design consultants, construction companies, etc.
- Willingness to travel for business.
