    【Job Summary】
    - Responsible for managing the company's largest client relationships, focusing on user base expansion and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Development, this role collaborates with the Vice Presidents of the Client Service Team in Ho Chi Minh. Working with client service managers on initiatives such as performance reviews, onboarding, reporting, and negotiations while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and procurement administrators.

    【Main responsibilities】
    1. Sourcing Opportunities
    - Become a Business Development expert by crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages.
    - Perfect your cold-calling pitch to attract investors.
    - Research accounts and investors’ backgrounds, and collaborate with solution teams to create engaging content for your prospective users.
    - Schedule meetings with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    - Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth transitions and new user acquisition strategies.
    - Master our CRM for effective activity logging and data tracking.

    2. Building client relationships and generating ongoing demand
    - Capitalize on your excellent work to ensure recurring demand.
    - Win & impress new users until you build a name for Dialectica within your target accounts.

    <Must>
    - 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in the service industry
    - High proficiency in English and in Japanese are essential
    - Demonstrated track record of career progression in account management, customer success, service delivery, project management, or a similar field.
    - A strategic thinking mindset to analyze problems, identify root causes, and design practical solutions.
    - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams and with multiple stakeholders.

    <Prefer>
    - Experience in manager/leader role is a big plus
