  - Go on a business trip (south area) with Japanese Manager
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, such as supermarkets, discount stores, and drugstores.
  - Set and achieve sales targets for each retail account by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  - Plan and execute product placement and promotional activities to enhance visibility and sales.
  - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  - Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.
  - Create and present reports on sales performance, promotional activities, and market conditions to management.
  - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
