    One of our clients, which is a manufacturing firm of FMCG products, is now looking for a Japanese Interpreter.
    You will be a core member of start-up this dynamic company.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Accompanying Japanese manager's Client meetings in Industrial parks and attending the meeting.
    -Liaising with Partnered factory workers and managers and interpreting the opinion of the Japanese and vice versa
    -Handling the creating sales proposal and some of the documents
    -Dealing with the documents of Import and Export
    -Liaising with Japanese HQ to report current business situation in Japanese
    -Handling company invoice, receipts, payment

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    -At least 3 years of working experience as back office staff such as Interpreter, admin, accounting, Sales assistant
    -Japanese Speaking at least more than advanced N2 level or N1 level
    -Working in a Japanese company experience

    <Prefer>
    -English Speaking: Intermediate level
    -Experience in the Manufacturing industry
    -Have knowledge of Import and export processes and technical words of QA/QC in Japanese.
    -Experience in purchasing staff will be an advantageous
