  A prestigious global trading company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Staff member for its Steel division.
  This is a vital role within our expanding team, focused on supporting and growing our established presence in the Vietnamese market.
  
  We are looking for a proactive professional who can provide high-level support in direct sales and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the steel industry and the ability to handle day-to-day negotiations while building trust with local business partners. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure a smooth business transition and drive the next phase of our growth in Vietnam.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Sales Support & Execution: Support the management and expansion of the sales portfolio for steel products.
  -Relationship Maintenance: Assist in strengthening long-term relationships with local Vietnamese companies and key business contacts.
  -Operational Liaison: Act as a reliable bridge between the company and local clients to ensure clear communication.
  -Target Achievement: Execute daily sales activities and contribute to reaching the team’s revenue targets.
  -Market Research: Monitor local steel industry trends and provide market intelligence to the team.
  -Operational Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and administrative departments to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
  -Compliance & Documentation: Assist in contract negotiations and ensure all trade activities comply with local regulations.
  -Expatriate Support: Assist Japanese expatriates in navigating local business customs and practical operations.
