  The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will primarily be involved in the following:
  • Handle customer systems in the process of Quotation, Purchase Order, Logistic documents, Payment documents
  • Assist salesman in handling customers on sales and product inquiries, Maintain good relationship with existing customers
  • Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target, Follow up incoming sales prospects through email/call
  • Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business
  • Follow up customer quotation through the phone call closely to secure the order
  • Working with cross functional department to make sure you handle customer’s inquiries smoothly. Visiting customers may be required but limited
  • Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Other assigned tasks
