They are seeking a dedicated GA/HR Chief to oversee the administrative and human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the local workforce and Japanese management.The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from labor relations and recruitment to the management of Japanese expatriates' legal documents.
