【Job Summary】This position is intended for a high-potential ISO and compliance professional who will join the organization as an ISO staff member and be developed into a department manager within approximately 10 years. The role plays a critical part in maintaining, improving, and eventually leading the company’s quality, environmental, and operational management systems in a manufacturing environment influenced by Japanese management standards.At the initial stage, the successful candidate will work hands-on with ISO-related documentation, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and coordination with internal departments such as production, engineering, maintenance, and administration. The role requires a strong understanding of management systems rather than surface-level documentation work. Over time, responsibilities will expand to include system optimization, audit leadership, policy planning, and people management.【Responsibilities】-Support the operation and maintenance of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)-Prepare, manage, and update ISO-related documentation, procedures, and records.-Coordinate and support internal audits and external certification audits.-Track nonconformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions, ensuring timely closure.-Work closely with production, engineering, factory, and administrative departments to ensure compliance.-Support risk assessment, process standardization, and continuous improvement activities.-Assist in training employees on ISO requirements and internal rules.-Communicate with external auditors, consultants, and certification bodies.-Support Japanese stakeholders with reports, explanations, and audit preparation.-Gradually take on leadership responsibilities, including guiding junior staff and coordinating cross-departmental tasks.-Assist the current ISO or administrative manager and prepare for long-term succession.-Contribute to company-wide governance, compliance, and operational stability.-Other related tasks.
