日系大手電子電機メーカーにて経理・人事総務管理責任者を募集します。
【業務内容】
①経理業務
・予算管理:予算策定、経費予算、予実管理、年度事業計画作成
・管理会計:業績報告(見込・実績を日次、週次、月次で報告)
・財務関係:資金繰り、金融機関応対、固定資産管理、国税監査含む外部及び内部監査対応。
②総務人事業務
・毎年の賞与・昇給率立案、本社への稟議発行、最低賃金見直し、労務管理(職場環境・勤怠や福利厚生)など。
・労災・事故・労務問題のリスク管理、緊急事態対応など。
・場内設備営繕、法的メンテナンスの年間実施計画管理、費用管理、稟議発行など。
③経理・人事総務の部門方針作成、展開、実績進捗管理。部門全員の労務管理、人事評価など。
