    Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business, including Healthcare and Life Insurance.
    - Business Scheme Development: Collaborate with the GD, GM, and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products, services, and operational processes.
    - Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. (Sales KPIs will be implemented from 2027)
    - Account Management: Manage policy renewals, strengthen client relationships, and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
    - Customer Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    - Others: Perform other duties as assigned.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    {MUST}

    - Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
    - English: Upper-Intermediate level
    - Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare insurance company or insurance brokerage
    - At least 3 years as Leader/ Manager or related level.
    - Leadership and people management skills.
    - Strong business development and sales skills.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    - Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Coaching and training skills.
    - Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset


    {PREFER}
    - Professional certifications in Insurance are preferred
