    [Job Summary]
    - Explore and develop new bussiness / prospects for Bank/ affinity client or other assigned clients
    - Handle new/renewal business servicing, premium collection/outstanding premium management and customer services activities.

    [Job details]
    / 1/ New Business Sourcing /Prospect Development

    - Develop, open sale/Mkt networks, channels, relationships, agents…
    - Build and enhance relationship with Brokers / Agents.
    - Initiate and implement new Sale/MKT projects, business initiatives.
    - Approach potential clients for insurance products / services offers.
    - Build business plan

    /2/ New or Renewal Business/Servicing for assigned lients, line of business.

    - Provide information to potential clients, prospects (for new business)
    - Prepare monthly renewal list, track/follow-up and contact the assigned clients for contract renewal (for renewal business).
    - Prepare draft quotation for new/renewal business or cross-sale offered to clients in compliance with MKT and UW guideline.
    - Follow-up on due date of premium payment.

    /3/ Customer Services and Retention.

    - Create, update and maintain client database.
    - Receive and respond to requests from clients, and handle relevant enquiries on products, service
    - Take care of clients via visits, gift presentation and events/celebration.
    - Provide training, presentation to clients when necessary.
    - Cooperate with claims department in loss survey,
    - Join Risk engineer in risk survey and/or loss control activities, workshop... if necessary.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    [Must]
    - Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines.
    - At least 5 years of working experience in same position
    - Strong knowledge of non-life insurance, insurance products,
    - Good understanding of sale/marketing, customer services principles, practices and market situation.
    - Good English, both spoken/written.
    - Computer literate with common MS office package (email, words, excel, PowerPoint…).
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients.
    - Team player, well organized, client focused and results oriented approach.

    - Having experience working in Japanese corporation
