  - Responsible for supporting customer and sales department, operate teams
  
  【Job description】(details)
  - Provide & support techniques for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment select, and specification products of Hoshizaki product and another branch refrigeration system.
  - Assist sales staffs to answers enquires with regard technics of Hoshizaki or another product.
  - Support to contractors handle the problems after installation Hoshizaki or another product.
  - Visit on site with sales staff to support they solve all problems of customers.
  - Assign service engineer to monitor installed work of contractor at site in order to avoid mistaken installation progress.
  - Maintains staff by selecting, and training employees, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  - Protects operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
  - Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training course then transfer them to sale department.
  - Update Vietnamese regulation of Hoshizaki product.
  - To join technique task team, support another department.
  - Translation & checking technical materials in English to Vietnamese.
  - Control for spare part stocking, inventory monthly.
  - Hold service training course for dealer and end user.
  - Control and manage all activities relate with service department.
