  【Job Summary】
  - This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the overall management of logistics operations and overseeing the planning, scheduling, and quality control of work performed by the logistics team, third parties' logistics and the warehouse.
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  1. WAREHOUSE
  - Knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations. Ensure that warehouse and logistics activities meet expectations in terms of receiving, identifying, shipping, and ensuring the quality of goods.
  - Measure and report on the effectiveness of Employee performance (working safely, safety tools/equipment, safety environment, determining staffing levels, and assigning workload...).
  - Reporting, organizing, and maintaining inventory and storage area.
  - Tracking incoming materials and outgoing finished goods to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
  - Ensure inventory transactions accuracy (FIF0/IDS/SLO0B)
  - Responsible for leading annual stock take and quarterly cycle count.
  
  2. LOGISTICS
  - Responsible for operating and optimizing logistics processes.
  - Responsible for planning, loading containers, and tracking the shipment according to customer requirements,
  - Identify packaging requirements and methods to improve loading layout and container utilization rate.
  - Responsible for providing proper customs documentation for import and export shipments and ensuring custom clearance is in order.
  - Responsible for HS code classification and verification, identifying import/export process and requirements based on CO and HS code.
  - Interface with internal and customers to answer questions or resolve issues related to shipping.
  - Coordinating with the sales team, freight forwarder, and 3PL. Monitor deliveries and ensure customer
  satisfaction.
  
  3. OTHERS
  - Develops and completes all reports necessary for this function.
  - Other tasks as defined by management.
