We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales with 5+ years of experience to actively drive new business acquisition while maintaining key client relationships. The primary focus of this role (70%) is pure hunter sales—identifying, pitching, and converting new potential clients to achieve company growth targets. The remaining 30% focuses on growing and protecting existing high-value accounts.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. New Business Acquisition & Lead Conversion (70% Focus)- Actively prospect, cold call, and convert targeted sales leads into new commercial customers.- Conduct strategic sales planning and execution in alignment with corporate growth objectives.- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact and solution presentation to commercial negotiation and contract closing.- Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities in competitive trade lanes or market segments.2.
