Job Summary: The BU Material Sr. Specialist is responsible to support & assist BU Operation Manager, Asia Material Hub andor Our Management in carry out job function as stipulated in duties & responsibilities and other job taskor projects as when required relating direct or indirectly.1. Able to practice general supply chain management and general supply relationship management toperform Material Management Task with all stakeholders.2. Be part of the innovation and development materials process, initiate and or working and partneringwith Suppliers, Factories, PDs / Dev Com Team and Materials Development Team.3. Able to lead and guide stakeholders on solving and finding the optimum solution on materials deliveryand quality.4. Manage, entry data and apply materials system data information such as PLM and Amber Road SCC onjob task and work.5. Support Asia Material Hub tasks / activities as part of the Material Supply Chain.TASKS: 50% - Supply Chain Management- Supervise the suppliers to strictly implement the good quality, delivery date and goodservice to the brand and shoe factories for ILR, FLR, Salesman sample to bulkproduction.- Ensure the material of supply chain from suppliers, meet the needs of development andmass production with low cost and high quality.- Promote partnership / relationship among shoe factories, suppliers, BU Dev com, andBU Production Team.- Provide reports related to suppliers and materials data to BU Operation Manager, AsiaMaterial Hub and our Management.- Suppliers and Materials Localization Program. Collaborate with Asia Material Hub torecommend the potential local Suppliers and Materials for cost competitive, lead time,local services management.- Collaborate with Asia Material Hub to recommend the potential Suppliers andInnovative; Sustainability Materials.15% - Projects implementation- In accordance with the direction and instructions of the BU Operation Manager,Asia Material Hub and or our Management, create, implement and executeprojects.- Share to other BU of the project.15% - Solve issues/cases between factories and suppliers- Support BU Production and BU Dev Com when approach to solve the material quality issues,delivery issues and physical property issue between shoe factories and suppliers.10% - Represent BU, Asia Material Hub and or our Management in carrying tasks and othermaterial (If assigned) not define in the JD as when require by BU, Asia Material Hub and orour Management.
