- Responsible for managing all HR duties
- Obtain VISA/WP for foreign employees.
- Labor contract and various insurance for employees
- Check Employment contracts for employees
- Trade union activity
- Report line: report to HR Director
- Recruitment, Training
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Experience: At least 5-year experience in HRM position for joint venture or foreign investment companies with total headcount of 300 people or more (both Vietnamese & ex-pat employees).
- English: Upper-Intermediate (Must check English before application)
- Have solid knowledge about labor law, insurance, trade union, visa & working permit for expat.
- Expert in doing labor contract, SOP, memo, policy, recruitment, training,….
- Be able to speak Korean
- Have experienced in the hospitality industries
