<Job Summary>
We are seeking an HR & Administration Manager to serve as the cornerstone of our organization in Hanoi. With our team growing to 70 members, stabilizing the organization and localizing management are our top priorities. We need a "stabilizer" who can not only lead the existing back-office staff but also bridge the gap between the technical departments and administration while instilling the company mission. You will work closely with the Japanese management team to create an environment where every employee feels secure. We are looking for someone who can be a reliable, "parent-like" figure to support the company’s long-term growth.
<Job Description>
- Managing work progress and providing guidance for each staff member in the administration department
- Managing the HR and Admin team and strengthening cross-functional cooperation
- Promoting the company's mission and vision to improve employee retention
- Coordinating communication and resolving conflicts between the technical and back-office teams
- Developing and maintaining internal regulations and ensuring legal compliance
- Formulating and executing recruitment plans and strategies to improve turnover rates
- Operating the evaluation system and conducting feedback interviews
- Building a management system for the in-house transition of accounting tasks
- Supporting Japanese management and localizing management policies
- Liaising with relevant authorities such as the Department of Labor
- Other related tasks

Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in personnel management at a company with 50 to 100 employees in a Japanese company.
- Over 10 years of experience in HR and Administration manager
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
- A sincere personality with the ability to admit what they do not know and seek cooperation
- Someone who can listen to team members’ feedback while providing support in line with company policiesEnglish Level
