  • Job Description

    - Manage HRGA work of the whole company include Hanoi (head office), Danang and HCM.
    - Consult Board of Management (BOM) & deploy to recruit, train & develop human resource
    - Arrange timesheet, payroll, insurance, PIT work timely, properly to regulations & requirement
    - Handle social insurance procedures.
    - Develop HR Policies, implementation & update on regular basis
    - Propose, support BOM to build up good working environment & enterprise culture, improve work process & productivity
    - Montly PIT declaration, PIT finalization for Vietnameses and foreigners
    - Obtain Visa, Work Permit, and Resident Card for foreigners, etc…
    - In charge of legal tasks such as employee relations, report to / work with authorities
    - Organize company event like company dinner, year-end party, company trip.
    - Other tasks as being required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - University degree
    - English: At least Strong Intermediate level
    - Has 7 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
    - Flexible and fast learner
    - Positive energy, willing to learn, can do attitude, good interpersonal & organization skills, have management, leadership skills
    - Good at communication skill
    - Good at presentation and negotiation skill.

    {PREFER}
    - Candidate who live near Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc area will be given priority.
    - Having experience in FDI companies
    - Graduated from major Human Resources management
