Qualifications

• Requirement

  {MUST}
  - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  - English: At least Upper - Intermediate level (Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, and the ability to work effectively across different levels and functions in a multicultural environment)
  - Minimum 5 years of accounting financial and analyst in FDI companies, prefer from MNC
  environment
  - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, financial regulations, and applicable tax regulations.
  - Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g. SAP B1, Million, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  - Strong internal control experience.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
  - Ability to question and challenge constructively.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  - Good attitude, teamwork, and coordination skills.
