1. Credit Transaction Execution:- Manage processing of credit transactions (loans, guarantees, derivatives) in accordance with credit agreements and regulatory standards.- Oversee loan disbursement, documentation checks, periodic reviews, interest rate adjustments.- Monitor maturity dates, repayment schedules for loans and derivatives, ensuring timely action and risk mitigation.- Maintain transaction status tracking, manage daily administrative tasks with precision, and contribute to continuous process improvement.2. Agent Role Leadership:- Act as the lead agent and/or account bank/security agent in syndicated loan deals.- Lead contract reviews, coordinate receipt of agreements and secured assets, and oversee documentation flows.- Act as the central point of contact for communication between borrowers, lenders, and internal parties.3.
