    One of our clients, which is steel frame company, is now looking for the "HR/GA Manager".

    <Job description (details)>
    1. HR:
    - Various contracts (Prepare and manage contracts)
    - Handling of labor issues
    - Salary calculation and payment
    - Social insurance fee calculation and payment
    - Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews
    - Issue invoices to customers
    - VAT declaration
    - Employment support for foreign employees
    * Visa and work permit procedures and management, etc
    2. General Affairs Management:
    - Environmental management of the entire office and factory
    - Management of equipment used in offices and factory
    - Handling of visitors
    3. Other:
    - Interpreter (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
    - Support work for Vietnamese managers and Japanese managers
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese: N2 Advanced level
    - At least 5 years of HR/GA experience in the Japanese manufacturer
    - Have experience in factory labor management

    <Prefer>
    - Have experience in import/export operations
    - Have experience studying or working in Japan
    - Have experience in processing working VISA and work permit for foreign employees
    - English: Intermediate level
    - Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics
