    <Job Summary>
    One of our clients, which is steel frame company, is now looking for an "Factory Manager Assistant".

    <Job description (details)>
    1. Factory management support:
    - Product Progress Management
    - Inventory management
    - Import/Export
    - Factory staff management
    - Responding to emails and phone calls from clients
    2. Accounting:
    - Issue invoices to customers
    - VAT declaration
    - Communicate with Japanese General Director on accounting matters
    3. HR:
    - Salary calculation and payment
    - Social insurance fee calculation and payment
    - Coordinate recruitment activities and interviews
    4. Other:
    - Other tasks assigned by Factory Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degrees
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - Having at least 3 years of Admin experience in a Japanese company
    - 2 months of training at the HQ in Japan after joining the company

    <Prefer>
    - English: Intermediate level
    - Bachelor's degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics
    - Having experience in factory management at a Japanese manufacturer
    - Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to accounting and tax in Vietnam
