  - Responsible for supporting on routine work related to software application such as web application, windows based application, ERP system such as SAP, IT infra such as server, network device and many other application and activities which help our IT system can be operated smoothly

  - Act as point of contact to receive request from user or other department related business to support in timely manner and ensuring services are available and reliable to meet business expectation.
  - Maintain hardware, software and support other activities such as upgrade hardware, component configuration, connectivity problems..etc
  - Manages routine work request by user and follow-up promptly
  - Working closely with other teams (ERP,SAP), Development, Solution Team, Data Center…) and Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
  - Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application.
  - Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test
  - Post deployment support.
  - Update system documentation and training documents/user manual
  - Provide training to users or junior members in team.
