Lập kế hoạch tổng thể dự án• Xây dựng và quản lý kế hoạch tổng thể nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm được phát hành thành công.• Theo dõi tiến độ dự án, phối hợp quản lý rủi ro và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.• Đề xuất điều chỉnh kế hoạch hoặc nguồn lực khi cần thiết để đảm bảo mục tiêu dự án.3. Quản lý Product Backlog• Xác định và làm rõ từng hạng mục trong Product Backlog.• Đánh giá và sắp xếp mức độ ưu tiên của các hạng mục dựa trên yêu cầu khách hàng và kế hoạch tổng thể của dự án.• Đảm bảo đội ngũ phát triển hiểu rõ từng yêu cầu và mục tiêu cần đạt được.• Xác định và truyền đạt các mức độ ưu tiên cũng như hạng mục cần thực hiện trong từng Sprint.4. Quản lý & Vận hành đội ngũ dự án• Tham gia các hoạt động Agile/Scrum, bao gồm Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review và Sprint Retrospective.• Cung cấp và cập nhật các thông tin cần thiết về khách hàng, sản phẩm và kế hoạch dự án để hỗ trợ quá trình ra quyết định của team.• Phối hợp quản lý rủi ro và kiểm soát tiến độ tổng thể của dự án.• Tham gia review sản phẩm và đưa ra feedback nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.• Đề xuất các cải tiến về quy trình dự án và cách thức vận hành team.• Đề xuất điều chỉnh nguồn lực khi cần thiết nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu và tiến độ bàn giao dự án.<Điểm hấp dẫn>• Làm việc trong dự án Banking.• Đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa khách hàng Nhật Bản và đội ngũ phát triển.• Tham gia và áp dụng quy trình Agile/Scrum cùng đội ngũ phát triển.
