    One of our clients, which is a Japanese IT firm established in Vietnam, is now looking for an IT HR manager.
    Your main responsibility is managing the full set of HR activity of this company and 2-3 of the HR staff.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Whole Recruitment Activity (Candidates scouting, Deciding recruitment sources, Conducting interviews, Nessesaly document processing such as employment contracts)
    -Creating and Improving the Recruiting Network for the talented IT developer
    -Planning and submitting of Recruitment Strategy
    -Organizational improvement, current employee engagement management
    -Updating company salary table according to the market change
    -Taking some action to let the employees enjoy and keep working
    -(If possible) Conducting Employee training session

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they are looking for】
    (Must)
    -Bachelor Degree
    -English: Upper-Intermediate level
    -At least 1 year of experience as an IT HR manager (Or enough experience as IT HR or IT recruitment) and created connections with developers
    -Can manage full-set HR (Recruiting, Planning recruitment strategy, Updating company salary table, Employee engagement activity.)

    (Advantage)
    -Having experience in managing the members
