Responsible for supporting the Japanese General Manager as a Secretary cum Interpreter
【Job description (details)】
- Translate (Vietnamese⇔Japanese⇔Chinese).
- Go on business trip with Japanese GM and translate Vietnamese into Japanese.
- Book flight tickets and hotel if GM will go on business trip.
- Join the meeting with Japanese GM and follow up the customers.
- Many document tasks.
- Discussing with the clients and supplier in Chinese.
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese GM

资格
任职资格
＜Must＞
- Bacheler degree in any major.
- Having more than 3 years working as Interpreter.(Prefarrable working as secretary, admin as well)
‐ Japanese: N2 advanced level.
- Chinese: HSK 4.
＜Prefer＞
- Experience of living in Japan (studying or working)英文
