Lập kế hoạch & quản lý quy trình chi phí (10%)o Lập kế hoạch và quản lý lịch trình chi phí để đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng thời hạn quan trọng.2. Xác thực & thương lượng chi phí (30%)o Xem xét và xác thực chi tiết chi phí nguyên vật liệu.o Thương lượng với nhà cung cấp để đạt chi phí mục tiêu.o Cập nhật xu hướng ngành và thực hành tốt nhất liên quan đến chi phí nguyên vật liệu.3. Hợp tác & tối ưu chi phí (30%)o Làm việc với bộ phận Phát triển, bộ phận Nguyên vật liệu và nhà cung cấp để đề xuất các biện pháp tiết kiệm chi phí.o Thực hiện phân tích chi phí lý tưởng (“should-cost”) cho nguyên vật liệu mới.4. Phân tích & báo cáo chi phí (20%)o Thực hiện phân tích và báo cáo chi phí chính xác, kịp thời.o Lưu trữ lịch sử giá theo mùa để tham khảo trong các mùa sau.5. Giải quyết vấn đề & đạt biên lợi nhuận (20%)o Xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến chi phí phối hợp với quản lý.o Ứng dụng kiến thức về giày dép và sản xuất để đạt biên lợi nhuận mục tiêu.6.
