** Mục tiêu:- Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình phát triển sản phẩm – từ khi nhận bản mô tả sản phẩm (product brief) đến giai đoạn Tech 1 và Ready to Buy (RTB) – cho các dự án giày dép theo mùa. Đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu về thương hiệu, nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, chi phí và chất lượng, đồng thời cung cấp chuyên môn kỹ thuật và kiến thức sản phẩm cho các nhóm toàn cầu.** Trách nhiệm :1. Vận hành & Triển khai – 65%- Giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động phát triển và thương mại hóa sản phẩm để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu kỹ thuật, chi phí và sẵn sàng sản xuất hàng loạt.- Quản lý tính chính xác của BOM, phân tích Tech-Pack và tiến độ mẫu.- Phối hợp thử nghiệm mẫu, kiểm tra chất lượng, đảm bảo tiến độ phê duyệt RTB.- Chủ trì các cuộc họp T1 và teardown với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, QA, sản xuất và nhà máy.2. Hợp tác & Phát triển đội nhóm – 20%- Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ hiệu quả với các đối tác nội bộ và bên ngoài (trụ sở, đội ngũ khu vực, nhà máy).- Thúc đẩy giao tiếp, ra quyết định và xử lý vấn đề giữa các phòng ban.- Là đối tác tin cậy của các bộ phận Phát triển, Thương mại hóa và QA.3. Quy trình & Thực hành tốt nhất – 10%Xác định cơ hội cải tiến và phối hợp triển khai các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn tốt nhất nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng phát triển sản phẩm.4.
