  ＜Job summary＞
  A major retail convenience store chain in is seeking a proactive Recruitment Leader for store staff hiring. The role oversees full-time and part-time recruitment while developing strategic HR initiatives to boost candidate attraction. Candidates need proven talent acquisition experience in retail or food service sectors.
  
  ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Lead full-time and part-time store recruitment operations for the retail network
  -Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to increase candidate numbers
  -Propose and refine HR measures including wage structures, allowances, and working conditions
  -Design and optimize promotional hiring campaigns across posters, SNS, and recruitment channels
  -Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes for store staff positions
  -Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring efficiency to continuously improve talent pipelines
  -Collaborate with store operations and management to identify ongoing staffing needs
  -Mentor and guide recruitment team members to maintain high operational standards
  -Manage external recruitment agency relationships and job posting vendors
  -Evaluate competitive labor market trends in retail and food service sectors
  -Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives for store personnel
  -Track recruitment budgets and cost-per-hire metrics for store hiring activities
  -Other related duties as assigned
