    One of our clients, which is a manufacturing/trading company, is looking for the HR& GA Manager

    【Job detail】
    1. Recruitment & People Development
    -Manage recruitment based on manpower needs; optimize channels and vendors.
    -Build/update recruitment process and hiring tests; standardize interview steps.
    2. Compensation & Benefits Management
    -Supervise timekeeping, payroll, benefits, social insurance (SI), and personal income tax (PIT); control risks in payroll/benefits.
    -Implement and review salary structures; update Internal Regulations and Collective
    Labor Agreement when needed.
    -Work with labor authorities, insurance, auditors, and tax offices; handle labor disputes (if any) in line with the law.
    3. HR Systems & Policy Building
    -Propose, organize, and monitor employee welfare programs/policies.
    -Support leaders in tracking, collecting, handling, and reporting employee feedback on
    time.
    -Deploy, run, and optimize HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., MISA AMIS); standardize HR
    forms and procedures.
    4. General Affairs (GA) & Administration
    -Manage office equipment, supplies, uniforms; meet administrative spending needs.
    -Plan and perform maintenance/repair of fixed assets and office equipment; manage
    facilities.
    -Guide and support departments on admin work; manage car fleet and asset protection;
    ensure fire safety compliance.
    5. Performance Management & Compliance Control
    -Propose performance management policies.
    -Monitor compliance with Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, andCode of Conduct; coordinate with internal control.
    -Roll out and optimize HR/Payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency.
    -Submit regular reports to the Board of Directors; advise on process improvements
    and operational optimization.
    -Prepare documents and make reports as required by regulations and management.
    -Other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Yêu cầu

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - 6–10 years of experience as an HR–GA in a Japanese company (at least 3 years in a managerial role)
    - Japanese: N2 Advance

    【Perefer】
    -Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
    -Experience deploying/operating HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., MISA AMIS).
    -Good knowledge of the 2019 Labor Code, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax; labor relations; occupational safety and hygiene.
    -Skills in workforce management, negotiation, and handling internal communication crises.
    -Experience building recruitment processes, forms, and templates.
    -Experience interviewing for multiple roles; organizing payroll and performance evaluation from staff to manager level.
