    【Job Summary】
    We are seeking a driven and strategic Chinese Sales Manager to oversee and expand our business with clients in China and Chinese-speaking markets.
    The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between our Vietnam operations and Chinese customers, driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and coordinating cross-border logistics solutions. The role requires deep understanding of freight forwarding, international trade, and supply chain processes, along with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

    【Responsibilities】
    -Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Chinese clients (importers/exporters/traders), cold outreach (WeChat, email, phone), referrals, and partner networks.
    -Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and logistics plans for Chinese clients, ensuring competitive pricing, smooth service flow, and profitability.
    -Negotiate contracts and terms (incoterms, transit time, routing, insurance, customs, payments) with clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution.
    -Coordinate operational handoff: ensure seamless communication with operations, documentation, customs clearance, and transport teams to deliver promised service.
    -Track and manage client accounts: monitor margins, track shipments, manage billing and invoicing, follow up on payments, resolve service issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
    -Monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics (sales pipeline, win rate, margins, churn, etc.).
    -Assess market dynamics: key competitors, pricing pressures, regulatory changes (e.g. tariffs, customs policy) affecting China–Vietnam trade, and propose adjustments or new service offerings.
    -Represent the company in Chinese trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits in Vietnam / China.
    -Conduct regular business reviews with clients, identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell, upsell), maintain relationships with decision makers.
    -Coach/mentor junior sales staff (if applicable) to improve their performance in Chinese client interactions.
    -Other related tasks.

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Major in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Maritime or Engineering with subjects like logistics, port management, and shipping.
    - Experience in sales in Shipping/ Forwarding / Logistics with 5 years
    - English: Upper-Intermediate
    - Chinese native level
